Alter Script windows are blank

I'm using DbDiff that I just downloaded from and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. I also recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10.

I'm trying to compare the databases of two different versions of the MSSQL database that my web application (Moodle) uses. I've registered the server and connected to both versions of the database (I have installed both versions of the application and they use localhost copies of the database on my computer).

When I go to the Diff tab in DbDiff it shows me all the different objects in the database and the script table shows me the CREATE TABLE scripts for the selected table. The changes are highlighted in red and green. Perfect!

When I click one of the two green "Alter script" buttons on the toolbar the Alter Script window opens - but it is blank! No script is displayed? Why? What am I doing wrong?

How do I get the ALTER TABLE scripts to be displayed?

(I am only interested in the database schema differences - I don't need to compare any DATA.)
